An application has been submitted to build a new 10,000 square foot building on vacacant land. Half of the building will be office, use open to the public. Half of the building will be shop/warehouse.
A Public Hearing is in the process of being scheduled.
Kinsley Group, Inc.
An application has been submitted for a new build to support the Kinsley Group operatoins in the Lower New York area. The facility will be used to store new product, stage portable generators, serve as a parts depot warehouse and provide office space for employees based out of the branch.

Ace Endico Expansion
Project #3702-23-01 Building expansion and increased parking to meet the need for increased supply operations, including the Marketplace. Projects 3702-17-01A & 3702-17-01B have been merged and consolidated into this project per Resolution 2025-6-17-1.

Projects #3702-23-02A (formerly 3702-23-02) & #3702-25-10-02 Construction of two buildings of warehouse/logistics space. In 2025, Brewster Industrial Owner, LLC sold 101 Pugsley Road and a PILOT Splitter Agreement was made.
